Thank you for doing this....

Hi,
I've recently been reading latest version of Juval Lowy's book Programming WCF Services 3rd edition, and downloaded a Feb 2011 edition of the examples from the O'Reilly site and spent many hours getting the his Windows Credentials manager working. Illuminating, but frustrating since I'm not a ASP.Net web specialist!! He uses a version of his ServiceManagerEx that unnecessarily requires App Fabric. However, after being successful I was thinking that it would be good if a WPF version existed. So, thanks, I'll enjoy reviewing yours.

I did set out to reduce the amount of configuration necessary to get the solution to build and run.  By default I always use the VS development web server/Cassini - I almost never self-host services and rarely use IIS/WAS/AppFabric in development environments.

Although I don't have any plans at the moment to develop this application further, I'd welcome any feedback you have about either the setup experience or the application itself.
